 How do I reach technical support? You can always reach us by phone at (201) 541-5688 (in the U.S.) or by e-mail at Support@Power-Analysis.com. There is no charge for technical support. What serial number do I use to install the program? If you purchased a copy of the program you will find the serial number on the box. If you have downloaded or received a trial copy, use the default serial number (e.g., DEMO) that is shown by the installation. How do I register the program? If you are running the program as a trial, simply click "Run as Trial" to bypass the registration. If you have purchased the program, start the program and click "Register Now". The program will display a code which includes your serial number some additional digits. Send us that code and we will send back the unlock code. You can continue to use the program in the interim by clicking "Run as Trial". Can I use the program on more than one machine? Yes. With a single user license you can load the program on as many computers as you need for your personal use. The code we send will work on all your machines. |
